The Role:

As Head Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of our kitchen — leading a skilled team, designing menus, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and ensuring every plate is a masterpiece.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team; other chefs and kitchen porters

• Develop menus with innovative and authentic Italian dishes

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Manage stock, budgets, and suppliers

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Train and mentor junior chefs

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques

• Creative flair and passion for food

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
